1.      THE AIG CHAIR

         The Fund was donated by the Philippine American General Insurance Group, American International Underwriters (Philippines),           Inc., and Philippine American Life Insurance Company on January 12, 1979. The AIG Chair was established to fund seminars and/           or research related to Life and/or General Insurance Underwriting.

 

2.      THE COLOGNE RE CHAIR

         The Cologne Re Chair was established by Cologne Re-Singapore on April 10, 1979 to fund seminars or researches related to                   reinsurance.

3.      THE ENRIQUE T. YUCHENGCO CHAIR

         The Fund was donated by the Bayanihan Foundation through Ambassador Alfonso Yuchengco on January 21, 1980 to finance a 

         series of Management Workshops for insurance managers.

 

4.      THE EARL CARROLL CHAIR

         The donation was set up by Philippine American Life Insurance Company on September 14, 1983. The purpose of the chair is to

         finance seminars for the development of the agency force.

5.      THE MIGUEL CAMPOS CHAIR

         This was jointly set up by Philippine American General Insurance Company, the American International Underwriters (Phils.), Inc.           and the Philippine Home Assurance Corporation on  February 17, 1987 to finance Insurance Agency Training and Development 

         in places outside Metro Manila.

6.      THE ROBERT COYIUTO CHAIR

         The fund was donated by the Prudential Guarantee and Assurance, Inc. on June 30, 1989 for conducting seminars for the

         purpose of Human Resources Development.

​

7.      THE ROBERT J. MORRIS CHAIR

         The fund was donated by Mr. Robert J. Morris on October 19, 1989 for the purpose of conducting training in the field of     

          Investment.

​

8.      THE DANIEL C. GO CHAIR

         This was established by Paramount Insurance on June 6, 1990 for the purpose of conducting training and research on Claims

         Settlement, with the end view of educating and satisfying the insured of the fair settlement of their legitimate claims.

​

9.      THE JOSE HALILI CO CHAIR

         The fund was donated by Seaboard-Eastern Insurance Co., Inc. on January 10, 1993 for the purpose of conducting training 

         and/or research on Marine Insurance for the benefit of the insurance industry. On  September 2, 2004, the name of the Chair

         was changed from Seaboard Chair to Jose Halili Co Chair in honor of the company's late  Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

10.    THE GOTUACO, DEL ROSARIO  AND ASSOCIATES CHAIR

         This was established by the Gotuaco, del Rosario and Associates on February 14, 1995 to institutionalize the dynamic discipline             of Risk Management.

​

11.    THE SGV & CO. CHAIR 

         The fund was set up by SGV & Co. on May 20, 1997 for the purpose of research and training related to financial management,

         securitization, taxation, title insurance  and capital sourcing.

​

12.    THE ALFREDO LIM YEE GOAN CHAIR

         The family of the late Alfredo Lim Yee Goan established the Chair on January 30, 2002 for the purpose of conducting training

         and /or research on Information Technology.

​

13.    THE 2000 MANILA EAIC CHAIR

         The Chair was established by the Organizing Committee of the 2000 Manila East Asian Insurance Congress on July 31, 2003 for

         the purpose of conducting training and research on Best Practices in the Insurance Industry.

​

14.    THE PIRA CHAIR

         The Chair was established by the Philippine Insurers and Reinsurers Association (PIRA) on May 15, 2007 for the purpose of

         conducting seminars on Personal Lines.

​

15.    THE MR. & MRS. ARISTEO L. LAT, SR. CHAIR

         The Chair was set up by the family of the late Atty. and Mrs. Aristeo L. Lat, Sr. on September 12, 2007 for the purpose of

         conducting training and research in the area of Insurance Loss Adjustment.

 

16.    THE ROSANNA L. GO CHAIR

          The Chair was set up by Paramount Life and General Insurance for the purpose of conducting training and research on the best            practices for sustainability of our Insurance Industry.

17.    THE 29TH EAST ASIA INSURANCE CONGRESS (EAIC) CHAIR

          The Chair was set up from the proceeds of the 29th East Asia Insurance Congress held in the Philippines in 2018. The purpose

           of the chair is to improve the public awareness and knowledge of the value and benefits of insurance to help with insurance                   penetration and to provide protection of the people.
